Note please that this body of collected tid-bits and thoughts are my own suppositions, are based on my individual perceptions, and that this article in no way is intended to represent any other person’s or group’s position or policy on any subject.

This article is nothing more than just Alias talking to Elias about OAS.

I have left out some material of which I’m aware, but only for the sake of brevity and or to avoid unwarranted redundancy. I will write more on this in coming times, and indeed, much more has already been written and saved in my personal files. Sentences or statements followed by a question mark (?) are just that: they are questions. As such, they are not to be taken as declarations of truth or fact, but should only be taken as questions. A question does not imply knowledge. It implies the intent to gain knowledge. Neither does a question imply fact or documentation, but merely the intent to ascertain such. Please bear that in mind. Thank you.

There are basically three major aspects requiring inspection. Their interrelatedness, once shown, should help us understand why I personally am not endorsing the project. The three elements are

1. Colonel (retired) Harry Riley and his Three Phase Plan;

2. General (retired) Paul E. Vallely; and

3. “MindWar”


?  Did I Say “MindWar“?

Yes. I did. I said, “MindWar”. Two words, each capitalized, but without a space between, merged together. MindWar

I did not think that up. I just repeated a term coined long ago in a paper written at the U.S. Army’s 7th Psychological Operations Group. More on that below.

OAS begins at Colonel Riley and runs through Major General Paul E. Vallely, (as author of a paper entitled “From Psy-Op To MindWar”, written back in 1980), and then through the now-dormant PNAC (“Project For A New American Century”), and the Brzezinski-type neocon branch of the RNC, and finally OAS runs through “MindWar”.

There may be more to OAS than meets the eye. As we shall see, the Devil is in the Details.




Reflections On Operation American Spring OAS


Colonel Harry Riley USA (ret.) is off to the races in 2014. Right at the beginning of the new year he launched a really big idea which he hopes will come to fruition. As he says, it is an “assumption”. He assumes that he’ll lead ten million Americans who’ve finally had enough and are mad enough to go like a herd on the hoof into the Devil’s own corral, that worn and splintered ol’ WDC Beltway Barn and Bombers Arena, home of the greatest show on earth, and, swarming under the Good Colonel’s command, deal the Devil his due.

Colonel Riley is assuming that millions of angry Americans will rise up on command, and at a certain time and place they’ll squeeze WDC into a willingness to acknowledge the presence of grassroots America – and, suddenly, almost as if by magic, those top level officials will decide in their own mindsets to turn around and walk off their jobs, because after all, “ten million of we the people” have shown up and spoken. (And clogged-down all the streets and commerce for a sizeable city.)

Operation American Spring appears to be the brainchild of retired US Army Colonel Harry Riley, although, as we shall see below, someone other than Col. Riley announced the basic idea before Col. Riley published it. The idea is to march ten million Americans to Washington D.C. (WDC) on May 16, 2014, for a massive rally/protest which is designed to clog the arteries of the city’s infrastructure and obstruct “business as usual” in WDC until some named individuals holding public offices step down and resign. The primary targets include President Obama and key figures in his cabinet/staff, as well as some Congressional representatives and senators. Most seem to be members in the Democrat Party, but a few token Republicans are also named and targeted for expulsion.

The march is to be “peaceful”, and Colonel Riley hopes to keep a million marchers on hand at the Capitol each day thereafter for as long as it takes to convince the named individuals to step down and resign. Blockading the city by jamming the streets with live humans is the intended force, so each person who attends this march will be in and of himself a “force multiplier”. Riley believes, as do I, btw, in people power, in grassroots activism, and in large numbers of patriots willing to stand on principle to oppose tyranny. That is good American-style activism.

Colonel Riley is using the Egyptian model as his “Blueprint”. Perhaps the next thing all readers should do is view this historic moment in Egypt. This video is a YouTube version of the same footage used by OAS. (share link)

That is truly inspirational, on the face of it. We all may profit from holding that imagery in mind in coming times. Mass crowds of people who are united in purpose hold immense power over any government. (Hence your government’s keen interest in what each citizen thinks, perceives, and believes – a phenomenon we’ll get into below in the MindWar section of this writing.)

I agree that the corruption in WDC is as bad as Colonel Riley says it is.  I am keenly aware of gigantic struggles for the heart and soul of America, and I understand that something needs to be done.

But I have a few questions: Is blockading the city the proper way to use the collective power? Is this a good use of sparsely-available resources? Would the patriots attending OAS be better off using precious savings on prepping, food storage, and networking in their local communities instead of blowing their money on a demonstration in WDC?

I am not pronouncing a judgment; but I am asking those questions. I feel that there is no help for America inside that beltway. It is a pool of idiots and traitors, ignorance and stupidity, and deliberate treachery, even treason. The government created by the Constitution does not exist inside that beltway. It is neither in the White House, the Congress, nor the Judicial branch. Our Constitution is missing in action. Only tyranny, estrangement, abuse, and desecration. All options for American salvation are to be found at the local level, in our towns and Counties.

We agree that the corruption in WDC is as bad as Colonel Riley says it is. I am keenly aware of gigantic struggles for the heart and soul of America, and I understand that something needs to be done. I understand the danger which is lurking in the wings. As  Chuck Baldwin noted while writing about General Franks’ comments to Cigar Aficionado two years after 9/11/2001.

“General Frank’s warning should be taken to heart by all Americans. President G.W. Bush, Attorney General John Ashcroft, and Homeland Security Director Tom Ridge, in concert with a Republican majority in Congress, have put in place a massive police state apparatus capable of enforcing martial law in a moment’s notice. Furthermore, it appears that these leaders are more than willing to actually enact such a move. However, the most disturbing factor in all of this is the apparent willingness of the American people, especially Christian people, to submit to a federal police state. Local police departments, judges, ministers, along with grass roots citizens, seem totally unconcerned to the prospect of losing their individual liberties and freedoms. Beyond that, they seem to enthusiastically support the idea.” (End Quotation)

To which warning by General Tommy Franks was Chuck Baldwin alluding? General Franks is like other neocon warhawks who cannot imagine the world at peace because they know the Wall Street bubble (and Western Civilization’s lifestyle) depends on the accelerated growth of the military-industrial complex.

Some nefarious neocon individuals inside our General government in WDC are convinced that to best protect We The People they may have to suspend the Constitution and establish, in General Tommy Franks’ own words, “a military form of government”. The danger in this is real: If the Federal government were to declare an “emergency” and subsequently declare “martial law” under “Continuity of Government (COG)”, that would be the end of the Constitution, and that would change the moral nature of the citizenry’s potential reaction in righteous defense of our nation’s people and their unalienable rights. General Franks waxed candidly in his 2003 interview with Cigar Aficionado Magazine: (Quoting)

“The worst thing that can happen is, perhaps—and this is my personal opinion—two steps. The first step would be a nexus between weapons of mass destruction of any variety. It could be chemical, it could be biological, it could be some nuclear device; and terrorism. Terrorists or any human being who is committed to the proposition of terror, try to just create casualties, not for the purpose of annihilation, but to terrify a population. We see it in the Middle East today, in order to change the mannerisms, the behavior, the sociology and, ultimately, the anthropology of a society. That goes to step number two, which is that the western world, the free world, loses what it cherishes most, and that is freedom and liberty we’ve seen for a couple of hundred years in this grand experiment that we call democracy. Now, in a practical sense, what does that mean? It means the potential of a weapon of mass destruction and a terrorist, massive casualtyproducing event somewhere in the western world—it may be in the United States of America— that causes our population to question our own Constitution and to begin to militarize our country in order to avoid a repeat of another mass-casualty-producing event. Which, in fact, then begins to potentially unravel the fabric of our Constitution.”

I think that fairly well speaks for itself. I salute Colonel Riley for setting the compass in a goodly direction, even though it includes tactics with which I cannot agree. I look forward to assisting further advances toward achieving justice between the American people and their presently belligerent government. Colonel Riley is welcome in my camp. But I am not buying a ticket for this particular train wreck. Best to spend my money on beans, bread, butter, and the bullets with which to guard our food.


Major General Paul E. Vallely (retired):

Tea Party Messiah, Or General Nightmare?


Statement by Major General Paul E. Vallely (ret.) quoted from his website, standupamericaus.org in a December 15, 2013 article:

“America is seeking proven leaders, those who are experienced, trustworthy, and loyal; people like our retired military officers. These are the only ones unsullied by political debt or tainted by monied obligations. At this crucial moment, these are the only people who can do the job.”

General Vallely has unabashedly announced his thinking on how to fix America – it will take military officers to “do the job”. That is a daring statement coming from a retired U.S. Major General.  There is nothing bashful about the guy, to say the least. But then, General Vallely does not appear to be shy.

But why are we talking about General Vallely? What has he got to do with OAS?

Let us make this perfectly clear – General Vallely has nothing to do with Operation American Spring. At least, not on the surface of things. After helping create the idea in the mass mind of America’s liberty movement that General Vallely gave birth to the idea of an operation which would place millions of patriots in WDC to drive out a portion of the leadership of the current
Administration, and after noting publicly that the peaceful revolution in Egypt should be the model (the blueprint) for a similar rebellion here in America, the Good General has insisted that he is in no way associated with OAS. He has distanced himself from OAS. Here is his editor’s announcement at General Vallely’s website. This was posted on February 08, 2014 –

MG Vallely: “I repeat, I am not in charge of, or part of OAS”

“In recent weeks, many across America have mistakenly assumed that MG Vallely is in charge of the “Operation American Spring” project (OAS) and will be leading its rally slated for May of this year. The march on Washington, D.C. and the OAS project itself were created by Col. Harry Riley alone. He has gained much support across the land and the General applauds his efforts and that of others, but the General will not be leading that effort, nor has he ever indicated that he would. Additionally, MG Vallely only sanctions lawful and customary solutions with regard to DC to redress our grievances.”

No doubt about it – the Good General wants nothing to do with OAS. That last sentence we’ve quoted above, the one which says, “only sanctions lawful and customary solutions with regard to DC…” drops a slightly-veiled hint regarding the “lawfulness” of OAS.

For readers who want to know why General Vallely felt compelled to post a clarification on his website, stating clearly that he is not involved in OAS, I can say that the association between General Vallely and Colonel Riley goes back at least several years. Because of that association and because of General Vallely’s relative comments at World Net Daily and at his own website, Stand Up America US, lots of folks “presume” that he and Col. Riley are in cahoots with creating OAS. But it’s not the case.

When we look at what the two of them were up to together in the past, we can easily see how and why so many Internet sites have wrongly concluded that General Vallely was a part of Operation American Spring. You see, the two of them together did something similar once before, or at least tried to. Remember this from back in 2011?

A Declaration to Restore The Constitutional Republic

In a White Paper entitled “Call for the People to Act Now” (available at this link as a PDF – http://veterandefenders.org/DECLARATION-RESTORE-THE-CONSTITUTIONAL-REPUBLIC.pdf ) the group says this:

“We are openly calling for the American people to draw a final line in the sand and take a moral and righteous stand for the Constitutional Republic, the rule of law and the future of freedom and liberty. The time to be tolerant and silent has passed and the time for serious action has arrived. Only the people can restore the Constitution as the Supreme Law of this Land. We must do it peacefully if at all possible and our Founders provided all the tools necessary for peaceful corrections of a ship set off course by internal enemies.”

That was from October, 2011. Wow! Three years ago General Vallely and Colonel Riley were working together to organize a Veterans’ march on WDC. They were spreading it all over the Internet, and General Vallely was one of the leaders. Here is an article about that, from the General’s own website:

So here we see the Good General, on the day after Christmas past, suggesting that what happened in Egypt should next happen in our country. He included the idea of “citizen arrests” as a grace note appending a mass march on State capitols and Washington D.C.

I would ask this question: Given the fact that Colonel Riley and General Vallely have worked together in the past to initiate a mass march on Washington D.C., and given the fact that General Vallely published the above on December 26, 2013, I would love to know if Colonel Riley perhaps got his idea for OAS from General Vallely? Further, did Colonel Riley first announce his Operation American Spring only *after* General Vallely suggested that very thing at World Net Daily, on December 26, 2013? I am curious, so I’m asking those questions. Here is why.

While bearing such considerations in mind, we next come to see another side of General
Vallely’s ‘general enthusiasm’. Less than a month after publishing the above noted WND after-Christmas piece, up pops General Vallely with yet another new piece of creative genius in prose – an “American Provisional Leadership Council”: (Quoting in italics)

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – Retired Maj. Gen. Paul E. Vallely, chairman of Stand Up America, has just unveiled the liberals’ worst nightmare, a plan to unite the tea party into a vast army to turn America back to its constitutional roots…
Despite the “party” in its name, the tea party is not a nationally organized group like the major political parties. Consequently, the tea party does not have the political clout it could have if it were a more unified force.
To strike this balance Vallely announced his plan to create an organization that will consist of a leadership council that will help the organizations speak as one voice while still maintaining their separate identities.
“What we are recommending is after receiving a lot of feedback and talking to people is forming the American Provisional Leadership Council,” Vallely said. “It will work with all the tea parties to be a voice in Washington, D.C., to direct the government on what they need to do. So we have a common voice.”

Solutions for the American People are not going to be found in Washington D.C. Not any more. The dark knights of Mordor on the Potomac will use any trick in an old book to keep one’s perception focused on the theatrics of Washington D.C.

Indeed, many unsuspecting Tea Party patriots already are marching to the professionally polished tune of General Vallely’s drummer. Let us hope they put two and two together soon.

The true American middle-class Tea Party will not buy anyone’s notion of centralization because true Tea Party people understand that centralization is the problem. I suggest that General Vallely knows this because General Vallely is a very well informed gentleman. He has spoken publicly about rising “above the Republican and Democrat parties”. [paraphrase] But if he does understand the Tea Party as a movement which is moving away from centralization, yet he wants to centralize the Tea Party “voice” anyway, would there not in fact be a “reason why” he would advise the Tea Party to totally turn on its heels and head back into the morass from which it has only recently escaped? And if that much plays out in time to be seen as fact, how would such publicity maneuvers relate to something called “MindWar”?

Would not an experienced Psy-Warrior know from the start that creating, owning, and operating one’s competition, one’s antagonist, one’s ‘enemy’, is the most assured path to victory?

And would not such a maneuver, itself a manipulation of perceived perception, be in fact a psychological operation once it makes use of social media, news media, printed media, radiowave media, television media, and Madison Avenue’s and Wall Street’s public relations and advertising media?

But then, perhaps General Vallely knows that also. Yet here is our Good General now cooking up the Establishment’s newest attempt to co-opt the Tea Party of the entire USA, which was already co-opted twice by the Republican Party USA, but which now, in General Vallely’s opinion, needs a new ‘touch’ because the people are getting wise to the pattern. The way he puts it is that the Tea Party has no effective “voice” in WDC and his big idea for how to install a “council” which can speak for all Tea Parties is of course something the Tea Party should accept. General Vallely’s plan for the Tea Party is public relations, it is Madison Avenue, it is advertising, it is propaganda, it is psychological operations. But, is it MindWar? Let us come to see.

If the Good General possibly knows that, then why is he trying to enfold the Tea Party into the corrupted Democrat-Republican dance of death at the same time he is mucking about in Syria? Could it have anything to do with his past military experience in Psychological Operations? Could it have anything to do with “MindWar”?

The foot-soldiers of the Establishment can’t afford to act like they know that, so here we see a man, a retired soldier turned citizen just like any good neighbor, with no official capacity such as that which he enjoyed while in service to America in the military, openly defying the logic of middle-class America and insulting our people by suggesting that millions of American voices can be condensed and synthesized into a council of a handful of expert spokesmen who shall collectively become the voice which represents those millions of Americans.

Both General Vallely and Colonel Riley have ventured forth with some names of likely candidates for such a council. Would General Vallely be involved in the selection of the membership of said council? Could the co-opting of the Tea Party be an exercise, an “operation” in Psychological Operations as a division of, or ‘compartment’ of, something even greater in scope, something akin to a super-secret project to tighten government’s control over the people, perhaps an operation of MindWar? Are Americans unwitting victims of an elitist infrastructural control grid which practices mind control as a matter of “everyday policy”, for the presumed purpose of protecting us? Similarly, isn’t that the underlying premise of the demise of our Bill of Rights by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in the so-called “War on Terror”? Doesn’t WDC and its criminal government now tell us daily that to protect us it must deprive us of our liberties?

MindWar: How Crazy Can Our World Really Be?


I would like to make it clear right up front that I am not accusing anyone of anything. I am boldly asking some serious questions which I feel exist as valid questions for Americans.

The world at large is the backdrop we’ll have to use to get this down on paper. I want to talk about MindWar because I have questions about the nature of Operation American Spring and any possible relation it may have with MindWar.

Specifically, I would like to know for certain that OAS is not an aspect – either a conscious or an unconscious surrogate; something like a ‘willing dupe’ – of a much more sinister plan to manipulate the American people, which is possibly being carried out under the rubric of MindWar. I would remind readers that MindWar as a concept has been with the Army and by extension has been with the Intelligence community since 1980. I also wish to remind readers that MindWar, by its own definition, targets all minds on earth including the minds of American citizens. I am taking a close look at a public figure, a retired US Major General, Paul E. Vallely, and I am looking his relationship to MindWar, as well as his ‘nonrelationship’ to Operation American Spring.

Let us cast far afield now, and step by step reel it in.

On November 12 2008 Steven Aftergood, who is the director of the Federation of American Scientists’ “Secrecy Project” and an outstanding patriot, published an article which linked an Army Field Manual of 248 pages. The Manual is on Unconventional Warfare. (Quoting from below link)

The conduct of unconventional warfare is explored in depth in a major new U.S. Army Field Manual on the subject (pdf).

Unconventional warfare (UW) is defined as “Operations conducted by, with, or through irregular forces in support of a resistance movement, an insurgency, or conventional military operations… This definition reflects two essential criteria: UW must be conducted by, with, or through surrogates; and such surrogates must be irregular forces.”

Looking into that large document we learn many astonishing things. For one thing, we find therein the verification that the US Military is targeting American citizens at large with Psychological Operations of various types. The Army has “psy-warriors”, and the Army has NORTHCOM sitting right there in Colorado on “domestic duty”, aimed at behavior control of large numbers of citizens. Bear that in mind.

Psy-warriors sometimes “handle” “surrogates”. Surrogates may include “terrorists”. It’s all in the document, and much more. I would remind readers that under MindWar’s all-encompassing war zone, which is the whole world including We The People of America, Unconventional Warfare is a force multiplier. Unconventional Warfare is available as an asset to the MindWar operative. Read on please.

PSYOP specialists are military soldiers specializing in psychological operations, so they are interfaced at times with Intelligence community black operations on the clandestine battleground. That is one of the reasons why the Army’s manual on UW stresses the absolute need to work through surrogates. (i.e., various types of criminals, compromised persons, drug smugglers, money launderers, terrorists).

A surrogate, as we gather, is to have a “handler”. The handler causes the surrogate to be motivated to do certain things which will lead to media and press releases which will influence the perception of the public mind. The handler would be a book-trained sort of black ops specialist of the type who would work in the FBI or CIA. Or – one who would work as an Unconventional Warfare operative, either on active duty within the military or as private sector specialty companies. But let us certainly note that government’s psychological operations are admittedly focusing on “such social dynamics as tribal politics, social networks, religious influences, and cultural mores.” Let us never forget that.

Our UW warriors (“psy-warriors”) do many other things as well. These soldiers or agents mingle and work with the media and press, for instance. They create tv and radio programming and make up press releases and other beneficial activities such as running columns in newspapers. They manufacture and distribute “influence” for public consumption. They may publish pamphlets and fliers, letters to editors, etc. They may call into talk-radio shows, even sometimes run radio stations. They will back factions. Call it “national security” or “advertising” or “propaganda”, or call it “UW” – it’s inclusively one and the same. And it is interlinked. By design.

Handlers use surrogates as assets. The Army’s UW document shows how and why. Let us notice briefly, from the document itself:

“Irregulars, or irregular forces, are individuals or groups of individuals who are not members of a regular armed force, police, or other internal security force. They are usually nonstatesponsored and unconstrained by sovereign nation legalities and boundaries. These forces may include, but are not limited to, specific paramilitary forces, contractors, individuals, businesses, foreign political organizations, resistance or insurgent organizations, expatriates, transnational terrorism adversaries, disillusioned transnational terrorism members, black marketers, and other social or political “undesirables.”  (Unconventional Warfare, p. 1-3)

Please note that UW openly admits using terrorists as “surrogates”.

Let that one sink in for a moment. Our government admits using terrorists as surrogates in Unconventional Warfare.

Psy-ops warriors, Unconventional Warfare ‘handlers’, are expected to manipulate terrorists as surrogates for carrying out psychological operations missions.

There is something else named in the Army’s UW document – “Irregular Warfare” (IW). The two – UW and IW – are not to be confused or seen as varied names for the same kind of mischief. Irregular Warfare is its own distinct psychological warfare system. From the document:
[Irregular Warfare – IW] also relies on the understanding of such social dynamics as tribal politics, social networks, religious influences, and cultural mores. Although IW is a violent struggle, not all participating irregulars or irregular forces are necessarily armed. People, more so than weaponry, platforms, and advanced technology, will be the key to success in IW. Successful IW relies on building relationships and partnerships at the local level. It takes patient, persistent, and culturally savvy people within the joint force to execute IW. (from U.S. Army manual on Unconventional Warfare, p. 1-5)

Paraphrase: The taxpayer’s government is now financing Army psy-warriors in official activeduty, ranked and filed duty-stations of military capacity to be working on building relationships and partnerships with citizens like each of us at the local level. Ideal candidates for Psy-warrior assignment would be “culturally savvy”. This is coming directly from the U.S. Army itself. Earlier we spoke of the Founders’ preference against having a standing army. The Founders’ wisdom now confronts our apathy as we awaken to see what we have allowed to develop unawares.

Some may state that all of this Unconventional Warfare and Irregular Warfare and Special Operations and Black Operations, all of it, is only to be used on America’s “enemies”. Aside from the fact that the only enemies we have are those whom we’ve deliberately agitated into becoming our enemies, we note that MindWar’s target, by General Vallely’s own definition, includes the American people as a whole.

I do not think that the Army can wriggle out of that one. Cat’s out of the bag.

Ah, they will say, “but the Army has not declared MindWar!”

To that I must retort – MindWar is not meant to be “declared”, for to declare it is to instantly render it impotent. When the target consciousness knows it is being targeted, it shores up automatically, rendering MindWar impotent. But further, all of the compositional elements for MindWar operations are clearly now in existence and under a chain of command, as well as plans for sharing authority with a civilian department named the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
Let’s look at a bit more from the angle of Unconventional Warfare, just to get our picture focused and clear.

The following is found on page ii of the Contents section of the Army manual. It is a directory for the paper’s Appendix. It is in all-caps below because that is just how the Army has published it. Please note the “attitude” carried inherently by the titles of the various appendixes. That “attitude” is a red flag to me, and is a taunt to the legacy of our nation’s Founders. Yet this is what Army feeds our soldiers who win assignments in Psychological Operations and Unconventional Warfare. Are we, as Americans, all about “National Power”? What happened to States’ sovereignty, the Tenth Amendment, and “Power To The People”? Did those sentiments die and fade away? The questions should be asked. See this:

Psychological Operations USA

Psychological operations (PSYOP) or, as it has been known since 2010, Military Information Support Operations (MISO) are planned operations to convey selected information and indicators to audiences to influence their emotions, motives, objective reasoning, and ultimately the behavior of governments, organizations, groups, and individuals.
The purpose of United States psychological operations is to induce or reinforce behavior favorable to US objectives. They are an important part of the range of diplomatic, informational, military, and economic activities available to the US. They can be utilized during both peacetime and conflict. There are three main types: strategic, operational, and tactical. Strategic PSYOP include informational activities conducted by the US government agencies outside of the military arena, though many utilize Department of Defense (DOD) assets. Operational PSYOP are conducted across the range of military operations, including during peacetime, in a defined operational area to promote the effectiveness of the joint force commander’s (JFC) campaigns and strategies. Tactical PSYOP are conducted in the area assigned to a tactical commander across the range of military operations to support the tactical mission against opposing forces.

When contemplating today’s MindWar theater we may also want to recall the Joint Chiefs of Staff from the year 1962. They were in agreement that psy-ops plans using our military’s special forces and CIA personnel to create a wave of terrorism (which would blow up buildings in American cities, killing innocent American citizens), to exact a desired public response, were certainly permissible under that ‘old adage‘ concept which states – “The ends justify the means.”

Most of my readers already know about the Northwoods Document, but perhaps many of our newer members have yet to learn about it. Note that this happened in 1962. Let’s get into it.

Book: U.S. Military Drafted Plans to Terrorize U.S. Cities to Provoke War With Cuba

In the early 1960s, America’s top military leaders reportedly drafted plans to kill innocent people and commit acts of terrorism in U.S. cities to create public support for a war against Cuba. Code named Operation Northwoods, the plans reportedly included the possible assassination of Cuban émigrés, sinking boats of Cuban refugees on the high seas, hijacking planes, blowing up a U.S. ship, and even orchestrating violent terrorism in U.S. cities. The plans were developed as ways to trick the American public and the international community into supporting a war to oust Cuba’s then new leader, communist Fidel Castro. America’s top military brass even contemplated causing U.S. military casualties, writing: “We could blow up a U.S. ship in Guantanamo Bay and blame Cuba,” and, “casualty lists in U.S. newspapers would cause a helpful wave of national indignation.” Details of the plans are described in Body of Secrets (Doubleday), a new book by investigative reporter James Bamford about the history of America’s largest spy agency, the National Security Agency. …The plans had the written approval of all of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and were presented to President Kennedy’s defense secretary, Robert McNamara, in March 1962. But they apparently were rejected by the civilian leadership and have gone undisclosed for nearly 40 years.

It is highly recommended that we each read the Northwoods document which James Bamford uncovered while researching for his books. ABC News was being as nice as they could be under the circumstances, in using the word “reportedly” – but the story is much more definite than that. World War II had ended seventeen years prior to the writing of this document. The arms industry had over-ramped by the end of the war, and a recession was assured if too many Defense contracting small businesses were suddenly closed down due to “peace”, so the need for more warfare was obvious to the business sector. The military brass wanted to invade Cuba, and Eisenhower had granted CIA the initial finding to do so. CIA was still preparing for how to do that when Kennedy came to office and sent Ike’s finding forward for DCI Allen Dulles, General Cabal, and Richard Bissell. Under the rubric of “Unconventional Warfare” the Joint Chiefs of Staff sent up to McNamara and Kennedy a plan to create a wave of terrorism in U.S. cities, blow up an American ship, blow up an American airplane, and blame all of it on Cuba.

They were talking about killing innocent Americans in U.S. cities and blaming their deaths on Cuba. The idea was to influence the American people to support an invasion of Cuba, which, without that wave of terrorism at that time, the American people would not support. The plan would be a psychological operation under auspices of Unconventional Warfare (UW).

The Northwoods document’s significance to us here is that it undeniably proves that our Federal government and Department of Defense, Department of Justice, and Department of State will each and all not only lie to the American people to perpetuate US POWER, but will also order terrorist strikes even against Americans here in our own country, on U.S. soil.

Please read that document in full. Why? Because we must understand that our government will deliberately commit acts of terrorism here on U.S. soil, and because something just that evil is afoot today. We must prepare our minds to accept how methodically evil our government has become in certain departments and agencies. Even if we take the “D” out of the word “Devil”, we still have “Evil”. And even if we add a small “o” to the word “God”, we still have “Good”.

Psy-War, MindWar, Unconventional Warfare, Irregular Warfare, Special Ops, Black Ops, all go beyond our older understanding of the term “Covert Operations”. The MindWar operations of the US Military are of course kept shrouded in secrecy, but individual Oath Keepers have the courage to admit that such evils exist inside departments of our government.

We must always remember that Generals have intimate contact with the emissaries of the Military-Industrial Complex.

How Covert Agents Infiltrate the Internet to Manipulate, Deceive, and Destroy Reputations

One of the many pressing stories that remains to be told from the Snowden archive is how western intelligence agencies are attempting to manipulate and control online discourse with extreme tactics of deception and reputation-destruction. It’s time to tell a chunk of that story, complete with the relevant documents.
Over the last several weeks, I worked with NBC News to publish a series of articles about “dirty trick” tactics used by GCHQ’s previously secret unit, JTRIG (Joint Threat Research Intelligence Group). These were based on four classified GCHQ documents presented to the NSA and the other three partners in the English-speaking “Five Eyes” alliance. Today, we at the Intercept are publishing another new JTRIG document, in full, entitled “The Art of Deception: Training for Online Covert Operations.”

I want to focus and elaborate on the overarching point revealed by all of these documents: namely, that these agencies are attempting to control, infiltrate, manipulate, and warp online discourse, and in doing so, are compromising the integrity of the internet itself.
Among the core self-identified purposes of JTRIG are two tactics: (1) to inject all sorts of false material onto the internet in order to destroy the reputation of its targets; and (2) to use social sciences and other techniques to manipulate online discourse and activism to generate outcomes it considers desirable. To see how extremist these programs are, just consider the tactics they boast of using to achieve those ends: “false flag operations” (posting material to the internet and falsely attributing it to someone else), fake victim blog posts (pretending to be a victim of the individual whose reputation they want to destroy), and posting “negative information” on various forums…

The infrastructure which would set the tone of, and shape the character of, an ongoing massive war on the collective consciousness of the American people embodies every agency, group, and coterie mentioned in the preceding paragraphs. It is also interfaced with the internationalists at the United Nations (UN), with foreign banking, with the European Union, as well as with the Trilateral Commission, the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), the Bilderberg group, the British RIIA, with many international and multi-national corporations, and with others such as the Club of Rome etc. That infrastructure defines objectives for its own existence and expansion. How that infrastructure, which itself is the military-industrial complex as a whole with inter-related external forces vying for favor and profit, arrives at definition is more a mechanical manifestation of proactive marketplace forces than a logical process.

That infrastructure has little use for the human spirit, or for how humans engage life processes. It is a meta-robotic phenomenon. We will give an example:

Government, being enacted by humans who occupy various offices of governance, ‘perceives’ (through the minds of government employees) that it was created in part to provide certain types of “security” for the governed. We can all relate to that simple observation.

But a perceived need for security might spawn a perceived need for a standing army, despite the expressed wishes of the Founders. The perceived need for a favorable consensus in the public sector spawned a perceived need for a public relations (propaganda) operation designed to influence the perception of the collective public consciousness in ways favorable to the desired shift in policy. The perceived need for public relations ‘product’ (the influencing of the public mindset) spawned, over many decades, the perceived need for the perceived standing army to create and operate Psychological Operations groups inside the US military (and its contracting private sector accomplices), which train “psy-warriors” whose orders include not only spying on the American people but also lying to the American people. It is MindWar. Note another illustration leaked by Edward Snowden to Glenn Greenwald:

While it is sometimes referred to as “mind control” the military calls it an aspect of “Operations Other Than War (OOTW)”.

OOTW among other activities, is conducted as element(s) of Unconventional Warfare and Special Operations and Irregular Warfare.

All of those alien-sounding terms fit nicely into MindWar, as we shall see. And they are all being implemented by the US military. This extreme psychological aggression is clearly outside any parameters our Founders would condone under any circumstance.

It would take time and expertise to convince people to dissolve their Militia of the several States and accept in its place a standing army. The process by which the public mindset, the public perception, was altered/changed was gradual but effective, so that now, more than twenty-three decades after this nation’s founding, nobody hardly ever speaks against the “standing army” – they just accept it, or, worse, remain oblivious to it.

It is good to remember what the Founders intended. Because I do try to learn and remember, I participated strongly in the documentary film based on Dr. Edwin Vieira, Jr.’s book, “The Sword And Sovereignty”, which is a 2400 page tome of the history of the Militia in America. The film, MOLON LABE! How The Second Amendment Guarantees America’s Freedom”, is available here, and incorporates the knowledge presented by Dr. Vieira in the book. The book and the movie are both excellent sources for direct knowledge of our Constitution, the Militia, and the American Spirit.

So now let us get down to brass tacks.

Let us be clear:

“The “means by which” we “process information” “to make up (our) minds” is to be “adjusted” so our minds are made up as our overseers desire. They will use our media to do it to us.”

In 1980 General Vallely was a Colonel in the US Army’s 7th Psychological Operations group. Also in 7th PsyOp group in 1980 was a Major named Michael Aquino, who co-authored with then-Colonel Paul E. Vallely a paper named “From PSYOP to MindWar: The Psychology of Victory”.

Major Aquino was Colonel Vallely’s “PSYOP Research & Analysis Team Leader”. Some years later, Aquino wrote an introduction to the pdf of that PSYOP to MindWar paper, which can be found online. And finally, last year, in 2013, Aquino himself, without any overt help from General Vallely, published a book named “MindWar” as a carry-over from the paper they coauthored in 1980. Get your copy at Amazon dot com, (or don’t). I bought a copy so you would not have to. Just know that the book is real, it exists, and was written by the same guy who co-wrote, thirty-four years ago, the infamous paper mentioned above.



When we speak the term “MindWar”, we’re using a word created by two men, one of whom is retired US Army Colonel Michael Aquino. (The other was Major Richard Sutter.) In a footnote on page 26 of his 2013 book entitled “MindWar”, Aquino says that he and Sutter had seen the movie Star Wars in 1977 and “…we imagined a play on its name as a futuristic replacement for the bland Army term “Psychological Operations”.

We want to pause to make clear that General Vallely does not, and did not in 1980, share Colonel Aquino’s religious beliefs. General Vallely has published on his site an explanation of how some people are tangling up their threads of association by accusing General Vallely of being a Satanist just because he once worked with one. Yes, Colonel Aquino was a big figure in the Church of Satan and later, when that Church of Satan closed, Aquino formed its successor, the Temple of Set. Aquino is a high priest in the worship of Satan, and was throughout his career in the US Army. General Vallely led the investigation for the Army which verified that.

So there we have a glimpse of Michael Aquino, the guy who coined the word “MindWar” with then-Colonel Paul E. Vallely and wrote the book of that name last year, in 2013.

But as noted, General Vallely had no interest in Aquino’s religion, other than to verify for the Army that Aquino worshipped Satan.

Although that is fairly sick stuff, the shallow-minded folks on the Internet who are associating General Vallely with the Church of Satan or its successor, the Temple of Set, are spreading mis-info on the Net. I want everyone to understand clearly that General Vallely has nothing to do with worshiping Satan or with Aquino’s Temple of Set.

Now I would like to share with readers the following paragraphs from page 26 in Aquino’s book:

“Within the US military, PSYOP has habitually been relegated to a back-seat as a ‘force multiplier’. The principle strategic decisions are made in consideration of traditional political and military interests and goals. Only then is PSYOP invited to the table, to help achieve already-agreed-upon missions more efficiently. “[General] Vallely’s and my original concept of MW [MindWar] reverses this sequence. Psychological means for achieving victory – essentially through convincing the enemy that he really wants to bring his policies and goals into harmony with ours – are first fashioned in support of basic political realities. The use of ‘ordinary’ military force (bombs, bullets, etc.) is regarded as a ‘last resort’ in circumstances wherein MW by itself fails.
“The immediate advantage of that 1980 concept of MW is that it conducts wars in non-lethal, non-injurious, and non-destructive ways. Essentially, you overwhelm your enemy with argument. You seize control of all of the means by which his government and populace process information to make up their minds, and you adjust it so that those minds are made up as you desire. Everyone is happy, no one gets hurt or killed, and nothing is destroyed.” [Emphasis in original; parentheses are Aquino’s, brackets are mine.]

I am not saying that General Vallely believes that today, and I hope he does not, but I do note that he signed off on that paper himself some thirty-four years ago. In fact, he co-wrote it.

But please don’t think that General Vallely is the spearhead of that kind of evil. The Army has all sorts of MindWar assets already in place. Psyops has been involved with remote viewing and other para-psychological fields including much “occult magic”. Numerous field-grade officers have experience in such fields through their work in PSYOP divisions of the Army. Also, private sector think tanks handle such topics, as do elements of our Intelligence community. As the Washington Post has defined clearly, countless offices and agencies and departments and corporations are working on such things as we speak. Here is that link again:


Just as God and the Devil (or “Good” and “Evil”) compete for favor in the individual’s mind; just as the Republican Party and the Democrat Party compete for favor in the individual’s mind; just as the world’s religions compete for favor in the individual’s mind; just as myriad corporations compete for favor in the individual’s mind – all powers in society have an interest in maintaining popular acceptance in the public mind, the group mind, the “collective consciousness” of any group; indeed, of any city, State, or country, and in your mind as an individual.

What we think is of keen interest to those who manipulate the General government for Defense contracts etc.

There is a plainly visible need nowadays for “Wars and Rumors of War”. It helps keep Wall Street’s bubble afloat while at the same time fortifying the fractional-reserve central banking practices of the Federal Reserve, which itself grants to the General government in WDC the power to render more services without acutely raising taxes. It empowers our government officials to lever Defense contracting. It is an engine, a mechanism, an indifferent momentum of combined factors which undergird our perception of reality. It is life as we know it, routine life in America’s daily fare. It can be tailored, formed, shaped to suit the purpose of any given policy, so long as the people are not made aware.

I am saying: the view of America and our role in the world at large, as portrayed via the media, the press, Madison Avenue, and the White House, is a constructed image carefully designed to disguise nefarious motives underlying our foreign policy. But what about Domestic Policy?

If government has need for a receptive attitude within the public consciousness of the American people for policies which would suppress the people’s freedom, it has a military and Intelligence community which can generate the desired “consensus” in public opinion using their well-staffed PSYOP psy-warriors and their assets. I am saying: the view of America and our role in the world at large, as portrayed via the media, the press, Madison Avenue, and the White House, is a constructed image carefully designed to disguise nefarious motives underlying our foreign policy. In our failure as Americans to oversee our government’s activities we have allowed it to create our enemies; and those enemies have in turn become necessary to the perpetuation of the great lie which underwrites our standard of living.

For our current Federal government, which with intent defies its founding legal charter, it is important to maintain a favorable mindset in the public mind. Their control mechanism depends on a pliant and compliant acceptance in the group mind. The War on Terror is required to vent the military-industrial complex which keeps the Wall Street bubble afloat which keeps Americans in big-screen tvs, shopping malls and specialty boutiques, spending money for sports events, fine cars, etc. – and thusly also keeps Americans by and large duly distracted from what the hidden hand of MindWar may be up to. But as Catherine Austin Fitts says, “If we can’t face it, God can’t fix it.”

And all of that is bad enough, yet here is the ultimate in incredulity. General Vallely, a former PSYOP officer who co-wrote “From PSYOP to MindWar”, not only wants to see an American administration (Obama) over-turned and replaced with a more conservative regime, (of which we’ve seen our share in the past thirty corruption-packed years or so), which shall change the language of tyranny yet again to appease an awakening citizenry – he also wants to build a private army to overthrow the lawful Government of Syria.

We recommend that readers pause here and watch this video in which we find the Good General riding about at what appears to be the Turkey/Syria border, himself armed, with armed rebel forces for escort, in a convoy with rebel trucks and machine guns:

As we mentioned previously, Generals rub elbows with the executives of the Corporate Dynasty, the Wall Street/Intelligence/Federal Reserve triptych of unimaginable money-power players, all together which comprise the visible face of the military-industrial complex. Note the black trucks with the stenciled doors and the mounted big guns which provided security as General Vallely was chauffeured about. Do we suppose that FSA guerrilla fighters pooled their paychecks to buy those armed trucks? Or is it a better guess that someone with no current/direct ties to the manufacturers of such things, or to the General government’s departments, served as liaison to get the equipage into guerrilla hands? How easy might it be for any retired American officer to hang out over there and collect up some phone numbers and addresses and banking info which could be later handed silently to a Board member of a corporate giant, say, like General Electric, or to someone on the fifth floor at Langley?

I am not accusing General Vallely of doing such things; rather, I am asking if such a scenario must not have happened (by someone)  in order for those trucks and guns to have ended up in guerrilla hands. Somebody arranged that, yes no? While we’re sure that General Vallely would never sponsor illicit arms movements to guerrilla forces candidly seeking to overthrow governments, we must note that somehow these rebel forces have obtained a bit more firepower than we Americans can find at our beloved gun shows. Recall: Obama’s CIA was on the ground at Benghazi, trafficking weapons with Turkey’s help from Libya to Syria, as shown in an article of November 06 2012 which I wrote for Oath Keepers:


With Iraq and Afghanistan now stalemated and Iran as yet posing too much difficulty, where can the military-industrial complex turn for their next war? Remember this – no matter how we answer that question, we can know as fact that since World War II every war in which we’ve involved our military has been 1) undeclared by our Congress, and 2) joined by a “coalition of the willing” (other nations) under the auspices of the United Nations. For the last sixty-nine years we’ve forsaken our sovereignty as “America” so the fat cats of Wall Street, the Progressive monopoly-capitalists of the military-industrial complex, and the new world order gang over at the United Nations, could wage “perpetual war for perpetual peace” and have We The People not only fight their wars for them but also finance them with our tax dollars. Colonel Riley is right. The American mindset could use a conversion moment, an epiphany moment which could jar it back to its traditional perception of life in the good ol’ USA.

Is there really any question that *somebody* is wanting war in the middle east?  Vallely himself admits that he is helping build a guerrilla army, a private army, to fight Assad in Syria. He openly makes speeches about that. How on earth can that game-plan mesh with General Vallely’s effort in America to install himself as administrator of the Tea Party, which at its core wants the US out of the middle-east?

It is no secret that the Tea Party came out of the Ron Paul Revolution. I am not easily fooled in questions of contemporary foreign policy. Non-aggression at its center, the Tea Party would bring our troops home for better uses, for righteous and moral uses.

Again we turn to the extremist corporate fascist warhawks of the PNAC era, many of whom studied under Leo Strauss at the University of Chicago. We note that their feature document was sent to the Clinton Administration well before 9/11/2001, and that it was called “Rebuilding America’s Defenses”. For the military-industrial complex, that paper represented their marching orders. While Clinton largely ignored it and even turned Sudan down when they offered to hand over Osama bin Laden, when George W. Bush-41 came to office the document flamed into full advance mode. It included this much-scorned phraseology –

On page 51 of the PNAC’s “Rebuilding America’s Defenses” paper: (quoting)

“Further, the process of transformation, even if it brings revolutionary change, is likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event – like a new Pearl Harbor. Domestic politics and industrial policy will shape the pace and content of transformation as much as the requirements of current missions.” (end quote)

At the same time the PNAC was being formed, Zbigniew Brzezinski, a major Obama Adviser and foot-soldier for David Rockefeller and Citibank, was publishing his bombshell book, “The Grand Chessboard: American Primacy And Its Geostrategic Imperatives”. Copyright 1997 by Zbigniew K. Brzezinski; published by Basic Books, a division of Perseus Books Group; ISBN: (cloth: 0-465-02725-3) (paper: 0-465-02726-1).

In that book, on page 211, he noted for the warhawk PNAC neo-cons: (page 211, quoting)

“Moreover, as America becomes an increasingly multicultural society, it may find it more difficult to fashion a consensus on foreign policy issues, except in the circumstances of a truly massive and widely perceived direct external threat.” (end quote)

And on page 40 he declares the values which support the neo-con warhawk military-industrial complex “attitude”: (Quoting)

“In brief, for the United States, Eurasian geostrategy involves the purposeful management of geostrategically dynamic states and the careful handling of geopolitically catalytic states, in keeping with the twin interests of America in the short-term preservation of its unique global power and in the long run transformation of it into increasingly institutionalized global cooperation. To put it in a terminology that hearkens back to the more brutal age of ancient empires, the three grand imperatives of imperial geostrategy are to prevent collusion and maintain security dependence among the vassals, to keep tributaries pliant and protected, and to keep the barbarians from coming together.” – Zbigniew Brzezinski, 1998.

But Brzezinski is a multi-faceted errand-boy for the new world order. He was in cheerleader mode way back in 1970 when he published another major confession of Domestic Hegemonic Lust (DHL): (quoting)

“The technetronic era involves the gradual appearance of a more controlled society. Such a society would be dominated by an elite, unrestrained by traditional values. Soon it will be possible to assert almost continuous surveillance over every citizen and maintain up-to-date complete files containing even the most personal information about the citizen. These files will be subject to instantaneous retrieval by the authorities.
” … A national information grid that will integrate existing electronic data banks is already being developed….The nation-state is gradually yielding its sovereignty. … In the economictechnological field, some international cooperation has already been achieved, but further progress will require greater American sacrifices.”  (Quoted from: Between Two Ages: America’s Role in the Technetronic Era by Zbigniew Brzezinski; copyright 1970 by Zbigniew Brzezinski; published 1970 by The Viking Press, Inc., 625 Madison Avenue, New York, New York 10022; (I)SBN: 670-16041-5.)

So here is our Good General now cooking up the Establishment’s newest attempt to co-opt the Tea Party of the entire USA, which was already co-opted twice by the Republican Party USA. It is public relations, it is Madison Avenue, it is advertising, it is propaganda, it is psychological operations. Could it be MindWar?

When it is coupled with foreign interventions by Intelligence community operatives and US Military Unconventional Warfare, Irregular Warfare, and Special Warfare Psy-warriors, you can bet your bottom dollar it’s MindWar. But the reader asks – how did all that creep into this discussion about Operation American Spring?

Aquino gives us a clue. Speaking in his book of the original paper he wrote with then-Colonel Vallely in 1980, he notes:

“…several of its [the MindWar paper’s] prescriptions were applied during the first Gulf War, and recently even more conspicuously during the 2003 invasion of Iraq. In both instances intense PSYOP was directed against the object of the attack, while a simultaneous ‘Public Affairs’ effort was made to shield U.S. domestic public opinion from the type of independent critical media coverage that plagued the Vietnam War, by ’embedding’ journalists with military units to inevitably channel their perspectives and perceptions.” (end quote)

Aquino has just explained something I have noted often before. A significant part of Unconventional Warfare involves the US military and/or Intelligence community (and/or their private-sector counterparts) making use of the media, the press, and other social and cultural institutions.

Here it is from Aquino and Vallely, page 7 in their 1980 treatise on MindWar.

“In its strategic context, MindWar must reach out to friends, enemies, and neutrals alike across the globe – neither through primitive “battlefield” leaflets and loudspeakers of PSYOP nor through the weak, imprecise, and narrow effort of psychotronics – but through the media possessed by the United States which have the capabilities to reach virtually all people on the face of the Earth. These media are, of course, the electronic media – television and radio. State of the art developments in satellite communication, video recording techniques, and laser and optical transmission of broadcasts make possible a penetration of the minds of the world such as would have been inconceivable just a few years ago.”

Yes, MindWar requires the control over the American collective consciousness as well as every other nation’s mentality. That is quite a thought, considering that the US government is actually engaged in the control and structuring of the American national psyche.

We find on page 8 and 9 in the 1980 paper: (quoting)
“…the MindWar operative must know that he speaks the truth, and he must be personally committed to it. What he says is only a part of MindWar; the rest – and the test of its effectiveness – lies in the conviction he projects to his audience, in the rapport he establishes with it.” (end quote)

General Vallely wrote or co-authored those words in 1980. Does General Vallely project a conviction in his presentations to Tea Party audiences? Is he not convinced of the truth of his vision for how to save America? As such, is he a product of a mechanism he himself helped create? Is he a product of the military-industrial complex? Is he experienced in MindWar? Does he know that the difference between Good and Evil exists in the mind of Mankind? Does he know that actions speak louder than words?

Let’s take it up another notch or two. At the bottom of pqge 10 in their 1980 document is this little side-dish diddy:

Page 10, footnote – Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) waves: ELF waves up to 100 Hz are once more naturally occurring, but they can also be produced artificially (such as for the Navy’s Project Sanguine for submarine communication). ELF-waves are not normally noticed by the unaided senses, yet their resonant effect upon the human body has been connected to both physiological disorders and emotional distortion. Infrasound vibration (up to 20 Hz) can subliminally influence brain activity to align itself to delta, theta, alpha, or beta wave patterns, inclining an audience toward everything from alertness to passivity. Infrasound could be used tactically, as ELF-waves endure for great distances; and it could be used in conjunction with media broadcasts as well. See Playfair, Guy L. and Hill, Scott, The Cycles of Heaven. New York: St. Martin’s Press, 1978, pages 130-140.

Please understand – these guys were talking about ELF waves being used for mass mind-control thirty-four years ago. While that astonishes us, it is but the beginning of a perilous plight on wings of unbridled science down into an abyss large enough to swallow up the entire earth and human race. ELF waves can make people sick, can change their moods, can speed them up and slow them down. Imagine what controlled ELF waves might do to a young socio-path who has been on psychiatric drugs for a while, what ELF waves might impress such a mind to conceive, to act out, to say and/or do, at a movie theater in Colorado or a classroom in Connecticut…

“The technology behaves like a robot, understanding and answering complex questions,” said a former Aquaint researcher. “Think of 2001: A Space Odyssey and the most memorable character, HAL 9000, having a conversation with David. We are essentially building this system. We are building HAL.” – A Former AQUAINT researcher at IARPA.
Question: Aquino and Vallely were talking about ELF waves back in 1980 while serving their country in the 7th Psychological Operations Group of the US Army. What hath thirty-four subsequent years wrought?

The National Security Agency (NSA) is developing a tool that George Orwell’s Thought Police might have found useful: an artificial intelligence system designed to gain insight into what people are thinking.

With the entire Internet and thousands of databases for a brain, the device will be able to respond almost instantaneously to complex questions posed by intelligence analysts. As more and more data is collected—through phone calls, credit card receipts, social networks like Facebook and MySpace, GPS tracks, cell phone geolocation, Internet searches, Amazon book purchases, even E-Z Pass toll records—it may one day be possible to know not just where people are and what they are doing, but what and how they think…

Known as Aquaint, which stands for “Advanced QUestion Answering for INTelligence,” the project was run for many years by John Prange, an NSA scientist at the Advanced Research and Development Activity. Headquartered in Room 12A69 in the NSA’s Research and Engineering Building at 1 National Business Park, ARDA was set up by the agency to serve as a sort of intelligence community DARPA, the place where former Reagan national security advisor John Poindexter’s infamous Total Information Awareness project was born. [NOVA Editor’s note: TIA was a short-lived project founded in 2002 to apply information technology to counter terrorist and other threats to national security.] Later named the Disruptive Technology Office, ARDA has now morphed into the Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity (IARPA).

A sort of national laboratory for eavesdropping and other spycraft, IARPA will move into its new
120,000-square-foot home in 2009. The building will be part of the new M Square Research Park in College Park, Maryland. A mammoth two million-square-foot, 128-acre complex, it is operated in collaboration with the University of Maryland. “Their budget is classified, but I understand it’s very well funded,” said Brian Darmody, the University of Maryland’s assistant vice president of research and economic development, referring to IARPA. “They’ll be in their own building here, and they’re going to grow. Their mission is expanding.”…

A video obtained by the Guardian reveals how an “extreme-scale analytics” system created by Raytheon, the world’s fifth largest defence contractor, can gather vast amounts of information about people from websites including Facebook, Twitter and Foursquare.

Raytheon says it has not sold the software – named Riot, or Rapid Information Overlay Technology – to any clients. But the Massachusetts-based company has acknowledged the technology was shared with US government and industry as part of a joint research and development effort, in 2010, to help build a national security system capable of analysing “trillions of entities” from cyberspace.








I could add much more, and soon will publish a more comprehensive look into MindWar and its assets. The problem is huge and growing more ominous by the minute. Let us try to wrap up this advisory now. The reason I introduced the idea of “MindWar” in my assessment on OAS has to do with General Vallely’s history of activism with Colonel Riley in the past, and with General Vallely’s co-authorship of the document “From PSYOP to MindWar” in 1980. Additionally I note that General Vallely is pro-actively attempting to collar the Tea Party energy. Why I question his connecting the dots between Operation American Spring and the Tea Party and the forced replacement of various named individuals inside the current Federal administration/cabinet, has to do with the additional fact that General Vallely also feels justified in arranging the overthrow of a foreign government (Syria).

The need for Americans to read and understand our history has never been greater. The role of the individual in today’s world has never been so completely attacked. I hope that I’ve posed enough questions about marching on WDC and how the OAS could, possibly, fit into a greater plan named “MindWar”. Note please: I am not saying that OAS is a part of a MindWar or other type of Psychological Operation. I am saying that it would be beneficial to know whether it is or not. What do you think?

What we do know is that some people in our government want an excuse to launch Martial Law and suspend the Constitution. Could a risk-laden mass crowd in WDC provide the catalyst (even if provocateured) for a geo-temporal police state and suspension of the Constitution? Any massive event in WDC has a potential to turn dangerous, as our WWI Vets learned when the Bonus Army came to town.

Be not deceived. The battle we’re involved in, whether any of us know it or not, is a spiritual battle. While spirit does not operate in flesh, it does operate in mental fields of consciousness. Spirit also drives that inner aspect of consciousness which we call “conscience”. Conscience is where we discern our truest identity, is where we decide between Good and Evil, between Right and Wrong. It is central to the character of a man or woman. While it never forces itself upon the soul in which it is found, one’s conscience also never deceives one.

I have called the government many things, but at its core it is a mechanism. It is soul-less, mindless, and is certainly indifferent. Government’s primary motive is to grow its powers, concentrate its powers, and use those powers to – to do what? – to GOVERN.

All it requires to do that exclusively is for the American citizen as an individual to become apathetic and forget to govern himself, forget to remind himself to remain eternally vigilant in the oversight of his own government.

As Lao Tzu said approximately 2500 years ago – “When mankind lost sight of the way to live, came codes of law and order.”

Our nation’s Founders knew well how to live and they understood why they wanted to live free. As subsequent generations followed over time, the eroded values and moral codes of the Founders have given way finally to a welfare-warfare state, and no march on WDC without guns will accomplish anything other than a whimper in the press.

Two things:

1) The reason why the American people are not required to swear [or affirm] the Oath to the Constitution is because the American people reserve to themselves the Right of Revolution. If our government becomes unbearable, we have the right and the duty to throw it down and start over, using whatever means we may have. I salute Thomas Jefferson for making sure that we have that understanding.

2) Short of Revolution, I strongly urge American patriots to focus at the most central area of responsibility – your “self”. I urge you to make sure that you own your own minds, that you have moral values firmly instituted in your lifestyle, that those values extend that basic knowledge to every family member, to neighbors, to friends, and to others in every community.

More effective than marching on WDC is sharing the truth with one’s own neighbor, one-on-one. My new personal motto for 2014 is:
“Each One Teach One”.

Get your own copy of the very important film, MOLON LABE, and have screenings in your homes and offices for friends and neighbors. You’ll save tons of money that would have been wasted in WDC and actually be doing something helpful for our nation while improving your own neighborhood and community, your County and State. The battleground today is in our own front yards. Local action is the focus. The revolution is inside the mind and heart and soul of the individual American citizen.

Colonel Riley is undoubtedly a conscientious Patriot who is willing to try to lead an unwitting America out of the snare of evil. I have every reason to believe Colonel Riley is a good man and an honest man.  I do believe that he has allowed the influence of a MindWar specialist to focus his attention on solving our problems within that circle of sin called WDC. I cannot agree with him on his choice of theater. I prefer to act locally, because history shows clearly that centralized governance in WDC is corrupted beyond repair. There is no answer for the Patriot movement in WDC. There is every hope for our nation’s salvation if we the people simply turn our back on WDC and walk away from it, allowing it to fall of its own dead weight. It is time to rebuild our neighborhoods and our communities. Good strong neighborhoods and communities make for strong Counties, and strong Counties make for strong States. Strong States are needed to control the idiocy parading itself in mockery in Federal agencies and departments. The States created the damned thing, and the States shall have to place it back under their control. When enough Americans reclaim our own minds, our own perceptions of truth, our own mindsets of justice, our States will interpose and protect us from Federal tyranny.

    OAS reminds me of Adam “Judas Goat” Kokesh’s armed march on Washington, which, fortunately, went over like a turd in a punchbowl.
    It makes perfect sense that the feds would charge their provocateurs to gather the gullible in the military district of the Empire of the City for disposal.
    Taking D.C. is not the goal. The best thing that could happen would be an asteroid strike on the Capitol in full session.
    The power resides in the State capitols and in the State legislatures.

    Vallely’s involvement with the Syrian Al CIADUH, and it’s network of Gaddafi weapon smugglers in Cyrenicia, means he’s just another neo-com (new communist Trotskyite) working for the intelligence complex. Steer clear of him, and Navy SEAL drone contractors running for Congress.

    Hey Elias! That is one of the best pieces you written anywhere to date, IMO. Wrt Raytheon, that org is hip deep in the TEP end of the pool. (TEP = technology exchange program – food for thought)

    To other readers, I’ll readily testify to the fact Elias is one of the most informed individuals on the corruption end of the paradigm and reasonably informed in other necessary areas. His work is well worth following, and I wholly agree with his preferred game plan of strengthening our communities and states and walking away from the poison in WDC. I’m personally a firm advocate of expelling WDC from the union for its level of corruption and in many cases outright treason. There needs to be consequences for treason and only the people from the strength of their communities and states can make that call and see whatever needs doing done.

    Be as it may, above all else first must come a recovery of our minds, and reverence for truth that we can then think clearly about justice. Only by personal integrity can we reclaim our potential and once more embrace our chosen Nature. We can sleep no more. Our failure to be vigilant and capable of clear action from well earned high ground has brought us to this state. To correct this we must turn and face evil, and remind it why it fears us. That begins at home in our families, community, and states.

    Great things are built from the seeds of trees. And great trees have deep and powerful roots. Mindwars are designed to separate us from our roots and our tree of life and liberty while we sleep. Not one of us can afford to sleep longer.

      Thanks for the flowers.
      We’re agreed that to free oneself one starts with one’s self, and gradually, carefully, lovingly one charges up one’s objective love for one’s higher self and soon enough one notices that one has reserves of love wanting discharge into the world in which one finds oneself. One extends one’s love outwardly from one’s inner reserve of self love, and all who move within one’s peripheries are blessed that one was a part of someone’s day. We can make the world a bit better by first seeking to make oneself a bit better. The concept is “Each one teach one”. Starting within oneself and extending that outwardly into one’s home, one’s family, and then into one’s neighborhood or rural community is the sure-fire way to generate networking and bonding among good neighbors and fellow citizens. That itself becomes the backbone of the State, which is secure because its Counties are independently secure. There can be great freedom in that approach.

    “If the Federal government were to declare an “emergency” and subsequently declare “martial law” under “Continuity of Government (COG)””

    There is no such thing as “Emergency Powers” here in the USA. It is a lie to grab power. Emergency powers is the direct opposite of the US Constitution and that is something that the Oathkeepers should be teaching.

    Dr. Edwin Vieira: “This has nothing to do with personalities or subjective ideas. It’s a matter of what the Constitution provides… The government of the United States has never violated anyone’s constitutional rights… The government of the United States will never violate anyone constitutional rights, because it cannot violate anyone’s constitutional rights. The reason for that is: The government of the United States is that set of actions by public officials that are consistent with the Constitution. Outside of its constitutional powers, the government of the United States has no legitimacy. It has no authority; and, it really even has no existence. It is what lawyers call a legal fiction.

    … the famous case Norton v. Shelby County… The Court said: “An unconstitutional act is not a law; it confers no rights; it imposes no duties. It is, in legal contemplation, as inoperative as though it had never been passed.” And that applies to any (and all) governmental action outside of the Constitution…”

    What are the defining characteristics of a limited government? They are its disabilities; what it does not have legal authority to do. Look at the First Amendment… What does it do? It guarantees freedom of speech, freedom of press, freedom of religion. But how does it do that? I quote: “Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech or of the press” etcetera. “Congress shall make no law;” that’s a statement of an absence of power. That’s a statement of a disability.

    If we go to the doctrine of “Emergency Powers,”… what was the foundational case that put that doctrine on the constitutional map? It was Knox vs. Lee, the legal tender cases brought after the Civil War.

    … read a dissenting opinion by Justice Stephen Field, the only Justice on the Supreme Court who had the integrity to dissent in every legal tender case that he heard. He wrote a dissenting opinion in Dooley vs. Smith, in 1872. He wrote, “The arguments in favor of the constitutionality of legal tender paper currency tend directly to break down the barriers which separate a government of limited powers from a government resting in the unrestrained will of Congress. Those limitations must be preserved, or our government will inevitably drift from the system established by our Fathers into a vast, centralized, and consolidated government.”

    You notice he was not talking specifically about the monetary powers. He wasn’t saying that these arguments would lead to the monetary powers being unrestrained. It was destroying the concept of limited government. “The arguments in favor of the constitutionality of legal tender paper currency tend directly to break down the barriers which separate a government of limited powers from a government resting in the unrestrained will of Congress.”

    How do you define, or how would you characterize, a government resting in the unrestrained will of Congress, or any other political body? It is by definition a totalitarian government…

    The Federal Reserve System was there when the greatest banking collapse in American history occurred, in 1932-1933, and in what was called the Great Depression of the 1930s. In that period what happened? The Roosevelt New Deal. What were the powers they were screaming for? Emergency powers. You’ll find that written into many statutes, e.g., The Emergency Banking Act of 1933. You should pay attention to the title, The Emergency Banking Act of 1933, and the “Aggregate Powers” doctrine. It’s been all downhill since then.
    How should that have been done? Well, Americans would have had to understand and enforce their Constitution. You notice I say Americans, not the Congress or the Supreme Court, because who is the final arbiter of this document? [holding a copy of the Constitution] It is not Congress, and it is not the Supreme Court. It is “we the people.” Read the thing. How does it start? “We the people do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States”; not “we the politicians,” not “we the judges.” Those people are the agents of the people. We the people are the principals.
    The doctrine is very clear that, being the principals, we are the Constitution’s ultimate interpreters and enforcers. You don’t have to take my word for it. Let’s go back to the Founding Fathers…
    The Founding Fathers were profound students of law and political philosophy, their knowledge unequaled by any today. Their mentor in that era was William Blackstone, who wrote Blackstone’s Commentaries, probably the most widely read legal treatise of its time, certainly here in the United States. What did Blackstone write about this subject? He wrote, “Whenever a question arises between the society at large and any magistrate vested with powers originally delegated by that society, it must be decided by the voice of the society itself; there is not upon earth any other tribunal to resort to.”

    Notice that it was the Supreme courts “gave” “emergency powers”, though it was not, and still is not, a power granted to them to give or use.

      Also, where in the US Constitution does it say they can declare “martial law” – again the opposite of the US Constitution?  The Preamble to the US Constitution makes it very clear that securing “the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity” is a major reason for the US Constitution; not securing “the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity except when those serving within the federal government or US Military of whatever rank decides to withhold it”.

      Preamble: We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

      These are all the powers I found for the legislative branch in the US Constitution:
      Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution is widely cited as being an exhaustive list of Congressional power. But there are about thirty, thirty-five (depending on how “power” and /or “authority” is defined). Congressional powers that are listed throughout the document:
      1. To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;
      2. To borrow Money on the credit of the United States;
      3. To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes;
      4. To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization, and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States;
      5. To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;
      6. To provide for the Punishment of counterfeiting the Securities and current Coin of the United States;
      7. To establish Post Offices and post Roads;
      8. To promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts, by securing for limited Times to Authors and Inventors the exclusive Right to their respective Writings and Discoveries;
      9. To constitute Tribunals inferior to the supreme Court;
      10. To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offences against the Law of Nations;
      11. To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water;
      12. To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years;
      13. To provide and maintain a Navy;
      14. To make Rules for the Government and Regulation of the land and naval Forces;
      15. To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;
      16. To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress;
      17. To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings; And
      18. To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof.
      19. No State shall, without the Consent of the Congress, lay any Imposts or Duties on Imports or Exports, except what may be absolutely necessary for executing it’s inspection Laws: and the net Produce of all Duties and Imposts, laid by any State on Imports or Exports, shall be for the Use of the Treasury of the United States; and all such Laws shall be subject to the Revision and Controul of the Congress.
      20. The Congress may determine the Time of chusing the Electors, and the Day on which they shall give their Votes; which Day shall be the same throughout the United States.
      21. In Case of the Removal of the President from Office, or of his Death, Resignation, or Inability to discharge the Powers and Duties of the said Office, the Same shall devolve on the Vice President, and the Congress may by Law provide for the Case of Removal, Death, Resignation or Inability, both of the President and Vice President, declaring what Officer shall then act as President, and such Officer shall act accordingly, until the Disability be removed, or a President shall be elected.
      22. The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish.
      23. The Trial of all Crimes, except in Cases of Impeachment, shall be by Jury; and such Trial shall be held in the State where the said Crimes shall have been committed; but when not committed within any State, the Trial shall be at such Place or Places as the Congress may by Law have directed.
      24. The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.
      25. Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State. And the Congress may by general Laws prescribe the Manner in which such Acts, Records, and Proceedings shall be proved, and the Effect thereof.
      26. New States may be admitted by the Congress into this Union;
      27. The Congress shall have Power to dispose of and make all needful Rules and Regulations respecting the Territory or other Property belonging to the United States; and nothing in this Constitution shall be so construed as to Prejudice any Claims of the United States, or of any particular State.
      28. The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as Part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths of the several States, or by Conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other Mode of Ratification may be proposed by the Congress
      29. The House of Representatives shall chuse their Speaker and other Officers; and shall have the sole Power of Impeachment…
      The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments. When sitting for that Purpose, they shall be on Oath or Affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside: And no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two thirds of the Members present.
      30. The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators

(caps are mine – I take that to mean when the congress has declared war.)

        No “emergency powers or the power to declare “martial law” given here either.

        Judicial branch: Section. 2.
        The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority;–to all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls;–to all Cases of admiralty and maritime Jurisdiction;–to Controversies to which the United States shall be a Party;–to Controversies between two or more States;– between a State and Citizens of another State,–between Citizens of different States,–between Citizens of the same State claiming Lands under Grants of different States, and between a State, or the Citizens thereof, and foreign States, Citizens or Subjects.

        Neither of them are found here. So it is a usurpation by domestic enemies of the USA and/or traitors.

    Thank you for the well written piece. The documentation and thought you put in to this is impressive. The articles you cite will provide many an important education and I for one have learned much from them.
    With that said, however, I must ask few questions and then make a couple of comments;
    What is the goal of sending this “reflection on OAS” out to citizens with only hours to go before the start of OAS? It seems to me that launching this “reflection” at the zero hour of OAS amounts to your own form of MindWar.
    All things being equal, those who want to bring positive change for a return to the principles that forged this country will be attracted to attend OAS. The location being WDC will make attendance difficult for those who are not willing to sacrifice some of their beans, bread and butter, are independently wealthy or who do not live somewhere near WDC. Any who have committed to make the journey will have had to commit to their plans long in advance of this last minute “reflection” that you have made. To those who are teetering as to whether they should attend, you have now sewn a great amount of doubt in their mind.
    You state, “I feel that there is no help for America inside that beltway…” and you pose the question, ” Would the patriots attending OAS be better off using precious savings on prepping, food storage, and networking in their local communities instead of blowing their money on a demonstration in WDC?”
    Well, as far as there being hope inside the beltway, the point is to show a mass dissatisfaction with the status quo. The point is not that bad people will simply slink off into the sunset, but that good people will see other patriots, know they are not in alone and become embolden to come into the sunrise.
    If there are substantial numbers of people, even only for the first day, politicians will take note. More importantly and more powerful though, patriots will take note. If people stay home to fatten their personal larders, then it will be the politicians and government that will become embolden. Patriots whom might have become serious about readying for a return to Constitutional government may loose hope. The cause will loose momentum. The sacrifices of those willing to commit are needed to inspire others to open their eyes. The goal being that others will become serious about preparing themselves and joining where and when needed.
    It is an odd statement you make to encourage patriots to stay home. You state, “Best to spend my money on beans, bread, butter, and the bullets with which to guard our food.”
    I am certainly thankful that patriots in the past risked their resources when the time came to sort out the wheat from the chaff. Oath Keepers has been calling for Patriots to travel to Nevada to help stop the intrusion there. The argument could have been made by OAS that citizens should have stayed home from the Oath Keepers call to action so they could better spend their resources. I have seen emails to the opposite. OAS encouraged assistance at the Bundy Ranch.
    Another curious situation, and I only bring it up because you mention, “networking in (their) local communities”, and we probably all agree that it is vital to clean up our own back yards. Oath Keepers been silent on the Water War that the federal government is waging right in Oath Keepers back yard. The outcome of this overstepping of the EPA and the federal intrusion into water rights will affect every western state. Much of this is going on less than 50 miles from Stewart Rhodes home. A few courageous souls have risked much, including their personal safety to fight this intrusion. They have traveled thousands of miles. They have spoken against federal overstepping. They are being ignored by Oath Keepers. They have asked, “Where is Oath Keepers?” This is a fight that will have huge stakes. This is a fight about personal property. This is a fight about federal intrusion. This is a fight that is right in Oath Keepers home town. “Where is Oath Keepers?”
    As you may have guessed I will be taking some of my money, beans, bread, butter and committing to attend OAS. I have been putting my money where my mouth is for quite some time and as far as I believe this is no time to blink.

      Hi Steve! Thank you muchly for taking time to write a comment in response to the article. I thank you for reading it, as well.

      Your comment is very nicely written. I must apologize for being so late in getting back to you with my reply to your points. I will try to answer your questions now.

      Regarding the hour of my sending this out to my list, please note that this article was only mailed to my list. It was not mailed to any other list, just my personal list. You know I write for Oath Keepers, and most people on my personal list also know that, so there is no deep secret involved here. I will tell you this: I completed this piece as a quasi-finished draft back in March of this year. I had been writing on it since mid-January, 2014, but the thing kept growing in scope week by week. I became fascinated by the material and also by my observations regarding General Vallely’s various theaters of operation – Syria, Tea Party, Regime change in WDC, SUA, etc. February came and went, and then I had to make that long drive from Montana back down to Tennessee on family matters. It was while on that trip that I decided to retreat to a country cabin in the woods for a couple of weeks. I found solitude and Nature in a hide-out just made for an old guy like me. Lots of country, my two cats, and no people. That is where (and when) I finished the draft of the article.
      I watched the weeks comprising April come and go. The writing was gelling. I touched it up a few times along the way, and by early May I knew it was as ready as I could get it, so I posted it here and uploaded the pics and vids. Please understand. I did not want to cast slings and arrows at Colonel Riley’s basic premise. I really do like the man’s vision, his passion, and his dedication. I think he is sincere and I think he is damn near right on the money about everything except the constitutionality of this particular three-point plan. But I did not want to be accused now, the evening of May 16, 2014, as having influenced the American public against attending the march.

      I looked at the constitutionality of the plan. I recalled the failure of 11_11_11, the big march that Vallely and Riley had put on three years ago, that fell flat on its face. I recall thinking that, or at least wondering if, the march for November 11 2011 was actually designed to fail. I began to form a vague question relevant to “controlled opposition”, “COINTELPRO”, Psy-Ops, Unconventional Warfare (UW), Operations Other Than War (OOTW), the interfacing and merging of “law enforcement” with the military, and MindWar – and how seemingly unrelated things sometimes actually are connected in subtle and un-obvious ways. A failed mass-march focusing on the Veterans community, but set up to fizzle and fail, could do serious damage to the Veterans’ community. DHS has openly revealed what DHS thinks of Veterans. Also, lately, the Veterans Administration seems to be opinionated by governmental-styled interests which run contrary to what Americans are told the VA does for our Vets. So I had all these variants vying to be the voice of what I should end up thinking about OAS. I could not ignore the question regarding how OAS might fit into a MindWar scenario if it were properly masked.

      That is when it dawned on me to put it up here at my own little site. To do that, I would have to convert the narration to that of myself personally. Within a few days I had it up online here, but hidden, where I bit by bit converted the narration, edited in and edited out some things. If you look at the time stamp for this article, you’ll see it went up here on May 05, 2014. I also came to see that because the article included some rather awkward revelations which many folks in the Tea Party may not know, and being fully in sympathy with Colonel Riley’s sentiment and therefore not wanting to influence his supporters away from his and their plans regarding the 16th, I decided to wait to the last minute before blasting it out to my list. However, I also had considered waiting until after the event to publish my work, but that would never do, not for my ego’s involvement in this. You see Steve, I wanted to make sure that the article could be easily seen as having been written *before* the event, not after the event. Anyone can get it right “after” something happens. I did not want to appear to be a Monday morning quarterback. So I ended up balancing both sides of that consideration and sent it out well in advance of D-Day, but not in enough time to have any real influence in people’s decision to attend or refrain. As it was, my emailed link to this page would be very likely unopened until after people got back home from the march/event. Anyone traveling to WDC from across America would most likely be preoccupied with their logistics, plans, details etc., so I would not likely influence those who would be driving in from the outside world. Yet still the article would be on record for having been written before the event.

    I agree with your article. It is well written and eyeopening.

    I do not believe that those working within the US federal government can declare “Martial Law” or use “Emergency Powers” both of which are the exact opposite of the US Constitution.

    Your article shows why the Military cannot be trusted. When Major General Paul E. Vallely (ret.) quoted (from his website, standupamericaus.org in a December 15, 2013 article): “America is seeking proven leaders, those who are experienced, trustworthy, and loyal; people like our retired military officers. These are the only ones unsullied by political debt or tainted by monied obligations…”. He lied.

    How do I know he lied?  Because the Oath he took was to “support and DEFEND” the US Constitution from enemies both DOMESTIC and foreign. The US Military did not so as they are required to do by our legitimate government. Anymore then the traitors and domestic enemies of the USA within our governments – state and federal – did. Remember, “By their actions you shall know them”. Their actions earlier and current brand them as traitors to the USA and the American people. Your article backs up my belief – based on facts.

    If there were never intended to be action to defend the Constitution from those who are domestically attempting to destroy its power and authority, why would each Oath require it of those who take the Oaths? 

    But the ones who are constitutionally assigned those duties – the militia of the several states of which all retired constitutional military, LE, rescue, fire, etc are the organized militia.

    It says it here within the Constitution of the United States of America:

    US Constitution, Article I, Section. 8, Clause 11: “To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water”.

    The congress has the duty to grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal when they are needed to enforce the US Constitution, the laws, or defend the people and the nation. This is using private citizens in their own privately owned crafts to defend the USA and her people, this is using the Militia.

    Clause 15: “To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel invasions.

    This clause is very straightforward. The militia of each state is taxed with the defense of the USA and her people, not just with the defense of their state; and they are to be armed with weapons that can repel any invasions bearing modern weapons of war. Congress is required to provide those military grade weapons for the militias.

    Clause 16: “To provide for organizing, ARMING, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress”.

    Also very clear; as Thomas Jefferson, 1st inaugural, explained that: “a well-disciplined militia” is “our best reliance in peace and for the first moments of war, till regulars may relieve them” and also a guarantee of “the supremacy of the civil over the military authority; [and] economy in the public expense.”

    Because there is NOT supposed to be a “standing military”. Clause 12 specifies that there shall be no military beyond that of two years. The Militia of each state is charged with our nations defense here within the USA until and unless the congress has declared war and a “standing” military is raised. Clause 12: “To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years”.

    What about US presidents being the Commander in Chief while in office? Are they, are they really? Read it again.     Thank you! Elias for this excellent and well thought out article. What you have said is true: “The revolution is inside the mind and heart and soul of the individual American citizen.”. This is a spiritual war above all else and thus it is also a war for our hearts, minds, and souls. So not only do we need states sovereignty, we also need individual sovereignty. For they would like to make us their slaves, but we are not anyone’s slaves. We are our own unique sovereign selves, journeying on our personal paths towards the Most High God.

    BTW, I have always suspected that Gen. Vallely was part of the NeoCon War machine and also part of the Psyop to divert our attention away from our Higher Selves, entangling us in karmic wars for their benefit.

    Thanks Elias! Yours is without a doubt the most succinct treatise I have ever read on the current state of affairs! I try stay to and consider myself “informed”, but you helped open my mind to a whole new dimension.
    I know the Colonel…respect him greatly…have stood beside him on stage as a co-speaker. But I stayed home this weekend…I just could not support him in this effort.
    I am an Oathkeeper. I’m in for the long haul. I hope and pray we can right (no pun intended) our Nation’s course in my lifetime as I fear for my grandchildren.
    Please keep up the fight. You continue to inspire me.

It took the bastards nearly a century to sneak all this in on the American people, so it will take plenty of time to turn it around. But if we “each one teach one”, eventually we’ll generate enough consciousness to literally change the world. And even if we fail, at least we’ll leave this world better for our having tried, yes? Keep the Faith, Ken, and keep after it! We are gaining good ground.
